Frisian mare

The Frisians were named after their home, Dutch Friesland. They are one of the oldest horse breeds in Europe. They have a characteristic black fur, a beautiful mane and a tail. Another feature of Frisians are long hairs on the legs. The Frisian mare from Schleich ® Horse Club has elaborate knitting on her buckle, which makes her a unique collector's item.
