Sd. Kfz. 9 was the heaviest German half-track tractor used during World War II. The tractor was designed and manufactured by FAMO, later also in cooperation with Vomag and Tatra in 1939-1944. It was used both for pulling the heaviest guns and for rescuing heavy equipment.
