HOW TO DO IT

Always file a complaint directly to our company RAPPA Ltd. - you can use our complaint form.

When submitting a complaint, it is always necessary to deliver to our address:

  • claimed goods
  • proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
  • description of the defect
  • contact information

Your claim will be settled within the statutory period of 30 calendar days. This period begins on the day following the delivery of the shipment to our address and ends with the settlement of the complaint with the seller. Gifts that are given free of charge are not subject to consumer rights; such goods meet the conditions of the Donation Agreement as well as all standards under the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic.
